For Lehigh Valley Health Network, Granum provided strategic planning services for 160,000 sf of space at One City Center in downtown Allentown. The project was undertaken as a strategic initiative by the organization to consolidate all administration from various campuses in one location and re-develop the vacated spaces for clinical use. 

 

The approach that Granum developed includes housing senior leadership in an entirely open plan to improve communication and workflow.  The workplace has been transformed into a more collaborative, congenial, and productive setting.  Grounded in health, comfort, flexibility, and ease of use, the new space takes advantage of today's mobile office technology by creating alternative workspaces in alcoves, lounges and café areas.

 

Change management and a workplace strategy that provides appropriate spaces for this team were critical challenges. Working in concert with LVHN leadership and staff the team developed a solution that provides a full complement of space types to support LVHN's senior leadership and staff.
