Located in the Mellon Bank Building at 1735 Market Street on the 14th Floor, Granum developed a showroom and customer experience for the furniture dealer Spectrum. Spread over 8,000 SF, Spectrum sought both a space where the furniture lines that they represent could be displayed and an environment where designers and clients could meet to discuss projects.  Timely delivery of the space was a key component of the project’s success.  To this end, Granum managed the process from initial planning through occupancy.

The space mixes in a variety of seating options that allow interactions from casual conversations to more detail driven work sessions to occur. The project included finding means to allow multiple conversations to occur at once while allowing designers and clients to feel sufficiently private. Critical to Spectrum was brand recognition from the moment one entered. Supporting the space is a waiting area and café.
